Check out our current lineup of Resident Improv Teams! These teams perform Long-Form Improv all inspired by a suggestion from the audience. Think of it as a sitcom made up on the spot.

Adele Dazeem
Adele Dazeem is LA’s hottest all-female musical improv team, formed out of UCB in 2016. Mostly a queer team, these ladies are not afraid to “go there” with infamous improvised songs such as “Everybody Should Cry During Sex”, “Don’t You Wanna Go Viral?” and “Cruisin’ for a Dick”… and in 6 part harmony, audiences always have a good time! The team had a house show at UCB’s Inner Sanctum for a year before the world melted down in 2020. They’ve been back headlining for shows around town in 2022 and look forward to becoming a resident team at Westside where they’ve had many fun performances in the past!

Rolland and Rowland
Rolland and Rowland met on the MI stage but it was fate that put them together one night for 25 minutes. Since then, they have been performing together where their loose style and fast-paced choices incorporating multiple relatable but silly characters make for a fun and an electric show!
