The Live Sessions
Originating from the Pack Theater in Los Angeles, The Live Sessions is a group of musicians and improvisers who couldn’t decide whether they wanted to be a band or an improv troupe, so they decided to do both. The five members of the troupe (Becky Sanders, Jeffrey Thompson, Crystal Franceschini, Laura Barbera, and Royce Shockley) alternate between playing instruments and singing in order to create an entire EP album based on a simple audience suggestion.

An improv team established in 2017 who is a tour de force on a tour de time.
Bringing together the talents of Tommy Bechtold, Shulie Cowen, Sean Cowhig, and James Warfield, who collectively have over 50 years of improv experience, Est. has performed to sold-out houses at The Tampa Theatre, Improv Orphanage and have an ongoing residency at ACME NoHo and The Pack Theater. Est. is a long-form team that presents a more or less historically accurate, one-act play based in a year suggested by the audience. It is an always entertaining, intellectually stimulating, and more or less historically accurate ride.
