Papa?

Papa? evolved like a jigsaw puzzle– adding unique pieces until they formed a beautiful comedic masterpiece! They’ve got Papa Brianna and Papa Tony, filling out the insides of the puzzle (hey, we’re sticking with the metaphor!) with heightened characters and physicality. Unsupervised, their scenes would be too crazy, and the puzzle would lack a clear image. Lucky for them they’re supported by two knock-outs: Papa Zimmer and Papa Emilie. They form the outer edges of the puzzle, using their encyclopedia brains to create grounded reference points for all characters and situations.

Together, these 4 Papas play fast and uninhibited. Every set is full of support and positive energy. What’s their secret sauce? These Papas adore each other! After performing together for almost 2 years, the connection is real. Whether it’s making sure very set has a “Jeremy” in it, or naming the team after Papa Brianna’s recurring sad child character “Papa? Where’s my papa?”, this group gets the audience on their side and makes the whole show one big family affair!

Colorado-based duo TVunscripted takes only a suggestion of a title from the audience before launching into a hilarious, completely unscripted play. Characters, drama, plots and plans are formed before your eyes as their show explores themes like love, revenge, destiny and honor.

Over the course of a full-length play, Ryder and Gabe constructs an entire world of complex characters, relationships, and plots all sparked from YOUR title. They draw on real world themes and struggles we all face to showcase the comedy inherent in life.
